The 2017 LaFerrari Aperta was announced during the Paris Motor Show by Ferrari CEO Sergio Marchionne. The Aperta will be equipped with the same V-12 engine and Hy-Kers inspired electric motor that is found in the coupe. The main difference between the two models is the carbon fiber removable roof of the Aperta. No price has been given yet for the Aperta, all though suspicion suggests that this Prancing Horse should sell for around $4 million.
LaFerrari Aperta Spotted in Spain
Almost three months have passed since the announcement that an open-top LaFerrari was in the works. Since the announcement was made, there haven’t been any examples spotted until now. 6to6motor recently spotted the LaFerrari Aperta parked on the side of the road in Barcelona dressed in Rosso Corsa paint. While there has been no official reason given for why the LaFerrari was out on the town, 6to6motor believes that the supercar was shooting a promotion.
