Gayot Review: 200MPH XTREME

Some say that hitting 200 mph in an automobile is equivalent to breaking the sound barrier in an airplane. Technically, there is a 568 mph difference, and yes, 200 mph on the road is scary fast. But for adrenaline junkies, it’s guaranteed to satisfy. In addition, you are in total control of the vehicle, albeit with a racing instructor in the passenger seat. If you tried on your own, providing you had the right tool, you probably could not and would not make it. Enter World Class Driving.

There is that one-of-a-kind car club and then there are all the others. World Class Driving is that car club. It has its roots in Europe fifteen years ago, when the company assembled auto aficionados and sent them running with a bunch of Ferraris. Today, teamed up with another winning race driver, Didier Theys WCD offers unique automobile experiences around exotic cars. With the recent merger, the Vulcan Motor Club participants now have more to choose from in the programs offered.

Should you be in the market for a car that is worth as much as, or more than, your average home, there is no better environment to be able to test it fully in an array of road choices and conditions. Also, you are being coached by expert professional drivers. But if you just want to have fun and experience the likes of an Alfa-Romeo 8C, a Bentley Continental Supersports, a Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren—all limited series productions—or the more mundane Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano, Audi R8 and Lamborghini LP560-4, then book up tour with WCD. The cars are kept in mint condition and you are bound to fall in love with them. The program, however, could lead to the one you want and therefore act as a great advertising sign for an exotic auto sale.

Joining the program is easy, and the best way to do so is for you to interact directly with their staff; so follow these links and quench your thirst for an exotic car experience. Special programs such as the 200 MPH Barrier are offered from time to time for adrenaline seekers
